How long does a session last?

A QHHT Day-Session usually takes between 5 – 7 hours. This might seem long, yet you are finally able to put it ‘all’ on the table. The benefit of this is that all of your questions can be addressed in 1 session. No ‘see you in two weeks’. And in 99% of the time, 1 session is all it takes for you to be on your path to become the best version of yourself.

Can my child also come for a session?

With QHHT, we work with individuals aged 18 and over, as many concepts can come up that cannot be fully understood at a young age.

Can a session also take place online?

No. It is not possible to observe and guide you properly then. Let alone if the connection is broken and you are in hypnosis. Not really convenient.

Are there any contraindications for QHHT?

Yes. We do not treat people with Schizophrenia, a Psychosis and/or Multiple Personality Disorder. People who pathologically lie are also not suitable for this modality.

Can I be hypnotised?

ANYONE can be hypnotised. The methodology has more than proven that. No need to worry about it, you are going to have a great experience. The only thing is for you to be open to the process, and have an open mind.

“Hypnosis, ehhh I’m not sure”

There are a lot of ideas floating around when people hear “hypnosis”. It is actually a deep relaxation that focusses your attention inward. That’s all.

Will you be able to control me? – No, with QHHT I can’t.

I don’t want to lose control! – You always stay in control.

Wil I go “out” and be unconscious? – No, you will be able to hear that part of yourself talk, most of the time. It will vanish quickly, like a dream. That’s why we tape the session.

I’m afraid of what will come up / I don’t think I’m able to deal with my past. – Your subconscious is your biggest supporter. It will show you what is the easiest for you to understand via a different, helicopter perspective. You will never get more than you can handle, as this would be contra-productive.

We work with the natural ability of your mind that we all can access, yet most of us are (currently) unfamiliar with.

What is your role in this, Robert?

Quite simply; I am a helper, not a healer. I guide you through the session in a warm, empathic and respectful way, healing and finding your answers you will do with your own power.

In what languages do you conduct sessions?

I hold sessions in English, Dutch, German, and Swiss-German. Being able to speak in your native language often helps in describing new concepts you may encounter in a session.
